Inoffensive and mild, and good.
It smells like maple and tastes like a mild maple syrup, nothing more intense than that. The cracker reads as a fairly standard vanilla cracker. There was never a “wow” moment, but there was also nothing to complain about.
Canadian packaging doesn’t come with much of a description, so you get what you get, and what you get here is pleasant.
